Once we see and assess the issue we will repair your ring at no charge. We will also pay for shipping from anywhere in North America. Please note that international shipping will be charged at $65.00 CAD for repair purposes only. 

 

Some examples of  issues that are not covered;

• Scratches and dings caused by wear
• Discoloration due to chemical use or other reasons alike 
• Long term all-cause wear on prongs
• Loss of gemstone due to impact or damage

At Moissanites by Livia, we are proud to offer a lifetime upgrade to your center moissanite stone. With the original documents presented, you will only be charged for the difference in pricing between center stones plus any additional taxes.
